Project Description

Exhibition design & build with interactive augmented reality displays, digital solutions, advanced 3D interactive experience.

The event was MIPIM at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes for the Moscow property investment company 01 PROPERTIES.
H3D was again asked by their London design partnership Assembly Studios to realise the stand design and construction.
The underground exhibition space in Cannes is limited in height and very tight on space. It can make visitors feel a little claustrophobic. So the answer was to install mirrors along the back of the stand to visually double it’s depth.

We combined traditional build with new technology and CGI to create an immersive experience for visitors.
Three Moscow properties were featured on the stand.
Both the Bolshevik development and the 11 story iCube had interactive iPad experiences. Visitors were invited to point an iPad at plinths featuring an image of each development. This automatically opened a 3D computer generated model of the building. The viewer was then be able to ‘step inside’ the scene and examine the exterior of each office development from all angles by simply walking around the plinth, using the iPad as a window.

The third development, Greendale, was shown off to great effect with an old fashioned 3D model which also attracted lots of attention. But the other feature on the stand was an interactive hand gesture swipe screen. By had movements only you could navigate through the entire 01 Properties portfolio.
